I served in DaNang with Julie from September 1970 until she left country - about two months, I think. She was the unit director, and I transferred in from Bien Hoa and became program director. We were at that time the largest unit in-country (12). We only served together a few months, but became fast friends as with the sisterhood of Donut Dollie history. We connected a few times “back in the world” when we both lived in Michigan in the 70’s. Our ARCOA association fortunately has brought us together annually. We’ve got some great stories to tell.
