Happy birthday!! I found a couple photos in my album that I have here. Not the best quality but good memories of our mother-daughter camping trips! I remember finding a “pregnant” tree, I remember dog/tent shenanigans, I remember Karen and I working on a Girl Scout badge by planning the whole trip. We were very proud. You were always up for an adventure and you always showed up smiling and laughing. I also have memories of coming to your room at broadmoor after school to hang out on the comfy couch and have a snack before heading to your house to play. It was a very welcoming space as was your home. Much later on, I remember going out for Karen’s 21st birthdays with our mom’s and two of us using fake IDs! We danced, toasted Karen, and had a great time! I hope your party has lots of laughter, dancing, toasting and good memories. I wish I could be there to celebrate with you.
